Eberechi Eze has returned to Crystal Palace for pre-season amid transfer interest from Arsenal. The Gunners, having already signed Kepa, Norgaard, and Zubimendi, are expected to pursue Eze next after Viktor Gyokeres and Noni Madueke. Eze's £68 million release clause presents a clear path for a potential Emirates move.

After the return of Eberechi Eze to Crystal Palace for pre-season training, speculation around his future continues to grow amid strong interest from Arsenal. The 26-year-old England international, who recently featured in the national team setup, was granted an extended break before rejoining Palace’s camp. His appearance at the training ground was acknowledged on social media by the club, fueling further curiosity about his next move.

Eze has a £68 million release clause, making him a realistic target for Arsenal, who have already signed Kepa Arrizabalaga, Christian Norgaard, and Martin Zubimendi. Deals for Noni Madueke, Cristian Mosquera, and Viktor Gyokeres are also in progress, and Eze is expected to be the next major signing once Gyokeres’ move is completed. The Gunners, under Mikel Arteta, are looking to reinforce their attack ahead of the 2025-26 campaign, and Eze is reportedly one of the priority targets alongside Real Madrid’s Rodrygo.

Palace begin their pre-season fixtures soon, starting with Crawley Town, followed by matches in Austria. However, it is still uncertain if Eze will remain with the Eagles when they face Liverpool in the Community Shield on August 10. Arsenal’s transfer activity suggests a busy summer, with Eze at the heart of their next push.
